Drew Scholl
Leadership
Drew is the Founder and CEO of Missional Leader, LLC an organization focused on raising up missional leaders in the marketplace, and also holds the position of CEO of C4One, a non-profit whose purpose is to ignite transformation in leaders and influencers. In February of 2024, Drew released his book called All In: A Revolutionary Call to Missional Leadership.
Drew started his business career on the front lines, building a new business diversification of their family business from the ground up. As the business grew, he served in various executive and operational roles during his twenty years within the parent company, Wildman Business Group. At about the ten-year point, God called Drew out of the marketplace and into full-time ministry. He, his wife, and three kids at the time moved to the country of Papua New Guinea for three years to serve with Ethnos360 to help lead a mobilization program called Interface. Drew was then led back to the family business with a new call to live out missions through business, where he served in various leadership roles for 10 years and also became one of the owners during that time.
In 2023 Drew stepped away from his work within the family business, became a certified Five Capitals coach, and launched Missional Leader, LLC putting the principles he learned in business and on the mission field to work. He lives in Warsaw, IN with his wife of 24 years, Bobbi, and together they have four children, a son-in-law, and granddaughter.
